All bookings have to be made before arrival:
- At least 30 days prior for groups of 30 people or more.
- At least 8 days prior for groups less than 30 people.
For all bookings it is mandatory filling and sending the participants list at least 8 days prior to arrival. List should be sent to AEP’s headquarters.
